The Waldorf Bold INB8100W3-LS is a 450mm electric round induction wok unit mounted on a heavy-duty leg stand, designed to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by a single 3.5kW single-phase induction zone, it delivers fast, responsive and precisely controllable heat directly to the wok, keeping the surrounding cooking environment cooler and safer for kitchen staff.

Built around a 6mm thick ceramic glass wok hole with automatic pan detection, the unit cuts induction power the moment the wok pan is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency. The fully modular design simplifies installation, cleaning and servicing, while the adjustable stainless steel leg stand allows the unit to be levelled accurately on uneven kitchen floors.
