The Waldorf Bold INB8400R3F-B is a 900mm wide bench-mount electric induction cooktop designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. It features four cooking zones arranged across a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface: two 270mm diameter round 3.5kW induction zones on the left-hand side and two 260mm square full-area 5kW induction zones on the right-hand side, delivering a combined cooking capability suited to high-volume service.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty construction standards, this cooktop offers infinitely variable power control via large, easy-to-use knobs for each zone, with automatic pan detection that cuts power the moment cookware is removed. A stainless steel splashback is included, and an alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order, providing flexibility to suit different kitchen workflows.
