The Waldorf Bold INB8400R5F-B is a 900mm wide, four-zone commercial induction cooktop designed for bench mounting in high-demand professional kitchens. It combines two 5kW round induction zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side with two 5kW full-area square induction zones (260mm) on the right-hand side, delivering a total of 20kW across a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface finished in black.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty commercial standard, this cooktop features automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power controls for each zone, and a stainless steel splashback. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order, giving operators flexibility to match their workflow requirements.
