The Waldorf Bold INB8410ECR5 combines a four-zone induction cooktop with a full-size 2/1 GN electric convection oven in a single 900mm-wide unit, making it an exceptionally space-efficient solution for high-volume commercial kitchens. The cooktop delivers four 5.0kW round induction zones across a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface with automatic pan detection, while the oven contributes 6.1kW of heating power, dual circulation fans, and a wide 50-320°C thermostatic range to handle everything from gentle proofing to high-heat roasting.
Built to withstand the demands of busy kitchens, the INB8410ECR5 features heavy-duty construction throughout, including fully welded vitreous enamelled oven liners, a removable vitreous enamelled spill tray, and front panels finished in black vitreous enamel. The unit stands on 150mm, 63mm-diameter heavy-duty stainless steel legs fitted with adjustable feet, and its fully modular design simplifies installation, cleaning and servicing. A low-back variant designated INLB is also available to suit alternative kitchen configurations.
