The Waldorf INL8400R3F-B is a 900mm four-zone electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, designed for bench mounting in commercial kitchens. It combines two 3.5kW round induction zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side with two 5kW full-area square induction zones (260mm) on the right-hand side, all set into a robust 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface. A low-profile splashback in 1.2mm stainless steel completes the unit.

Induction technology delivers immediate, precise heat directly to compatible cookware while keeping the surrounding surface cooler and safer for kitchen staff. Automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment a pan is lifted, improving both energy efficiency and safety. Each zone is independently controlled via a large, infinitely variable rotary knob, giving chefs consistent, repeatable results across a busy service. An alternative configuration with full-area zones on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
