The Waldorf INL8400R5F-B is a 900mm wide, four-zone electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, designed for bench mounting in high-demand commercial kitchens. It combines two 5kW round induction zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side with two 5kW full-area square induction zones (260mm square) on the right, all sitting beneath a robust 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty commercial standard, this cooktop delivers fast, responsive heat with precise infinitely variable power control for each zone independently. Automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, improving safety and energy efficiency. A low-back splashback in 1.2mm stainless steel is included, and an alternate configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
