The Waldorf INL8400R5F-CB is a heavy-duty 900mm electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on a cabinet base with a low back splashback. It features four induction cooking zones delivering a total of 20kW, with two 5kW round zones on the left-hand side and two 5kW full-area square zones on the right-hand side, all beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface built for demanding commercial kitchen environments.

Designed for efficiency and ease of operation, each zone is controlled by a large rotary knob with infinitely variable power adjustment, and automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed. The unit is constructed for straightforward cleaning, installation and servicing, and an alternative configuration with full-area zones on the left and round zones on the right is available to order, giving operators flexibility to match their workflow.
