The Waldorf Bold INLB8400R3F-B is a 900mm wide, four-zone electric induction cooktop designed for commercial bench mounting. It combines two 3.5kW round induction zones on the left-hand side and two 5kW full-area square induction zones on the right-hand side, all beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, delivering a total of up to 17kW of responsive, precise heat across a compact footprint.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty commercial standard, this bench model features a low-profile splashback in 1.2mm stainless steel and a black finish. Automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, improving safety and energy efficiency, while large control knobs with infinitely variable power settings give chefs exact control over every cooking zone. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
