The Waldorf Bold INLB8400R3F-CD is a 900mm wide four-zone electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It combines two 3.5kW round induction zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side with two 5kW full-area square zones (260mm) on the right-hand side, all set into a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface for fast, precise and responsive heat delivery.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty commercial standard, this unit features automatic pan detection that cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, keeping the cooking surface safer and cooler than traditional methods. Each zone is independently controlled via a large, easy-to-use knob with infinitely variable power settings, while indicator lights confirm heating status, pan detection and any error conditions. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order.
