The Williams JH4R Jarrah is a low-profile, underbench remote refrigeration counter designed to fit beneath chargrills and griddles in busy commercial kitchens. Built in Australia from 304 stainless steel, it operates in tropical ambient conditions up to 43°C and uses R448a refrigerant with a remote compressor arrangement, keeping heat and noise out of the kitchen line.

Cooling is delivered via a forced-air fan-assisted system with automatic defrost and a CoolSmart electronic thermostat with digital LED display, maintaining a consistent +1°C to +4°C product temperature. The JH4R accommodates 1/1 x 150 mm deep GN pans (included), making it a practical cold-storage solution directly on the service line.
