The Williams JL4R Jarrah is a low-profile, remote-refrigerated underbench counter designed specifically to fit beneath chargrills and griddles on the cooking line, making it an ideal space-saving cold-storage solution for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built in Australia from 304 stainless steel, it operates on R448a refrigerant with a remote compressor configuration and maintains a precise +1°C to +4°C temperature range, even in tropical ambient conditions up to 43°C (Climate Class 4).

The JL4R features four heavy-duty drawers with reinforced nylon and stainless bushes, and accommodates two 1/1 GN pans at 100 mm depth (pans included), with the option to use a single 2/1 x 100 mm deep GN pan (not supplied). A CoolSmart electronic thermostat with digital LED display gives operators precise temperature control, while forced-air fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost ensure consistent performance throughout service. The unit ships on castors for easy mobility, with legs also supplied.
