Buying advice

• Gas connection: a licensed gas fitter must install the 073206; confirm whether you need the natural gas or LPG version first.
• At 24L, think about the full weight when you lift it, and plan where it is filled and drained.
• Check the 360mm base sits fully on your burner or induction zone so it heats evenly.
• Choose the pot by finished batch plus reduction - a 24L pot gives a smaller yield than its nominal size.
• Lids that come with the pot help hold temperature on long simmers and save energy.
• Kitchen Knock covers the 073206 for 24 months; record the purchase date and keep the invoice with your equipment register.
