Buying advice

• At 28.6L, think about the full weight when you lift it, and plan where it is filled and drained.
• Check the 390mm base sits fully on your burner or induction zone so it heats evenly.
• Choose the pot by finished batch plus reduction - a 28.6L pot gives a smaller yield than its nominal size.
• Lids that come with the pot help hold temperature on long simmers and save energy.
• The 416488 is hand wash only - build that into your close-down routine.
• Warranty: Kitchen Knock lists 24 months on the 416488; file the invoice with the model and serial number so a claim is straightforward.
