The Matador TC22-5 is a heavy duty bench meat mincer engineered for butchers, restaurants and high-volume prep kitchens that demand reliable, continuous output. Built around a #22 head, it processes fresh or frozen meat at up to 280 kg per hour, with a three-blade cutting system designed to generate minimal heat so that protein structure and meat texture are preserved throughout the run.
The all stainless steel chamber is constructed in compliance with current US and EC safety standards, and the unit arrives ready for immediate use with four mesh plates and two cutting knives covering four grind sizes. A single-handle locking mechanism makes chamber removal straightforward, and a built-in reverse function clears trapped meat from the auger quickly between batches or at the end of a session. Unit height is taken from the bench surface to the uppermost point of the plunger, and the mincer is covered by a 1 Year Return to Base Warranty.
