Overview

The Mercury M24S-4F is a 610 mm wide gas oven range with four open burners and a static gas oven. Its compact footprint suits commercial kitchens where space is limited.

The oven includes two racks and thermostatic control from 100°C to 300°C. The range has pilot burners with flame failure protection, piezo ignition and adjustable feet.
