300 Litre electric heated kettle with mixer with an elevated control pillar with guiding touch panel.
Stepless mixing speed 15 -140 rpm/min, auto-reverse. Electric tilting with auto tilt-back - tilting height 600mm (Tilting while mixing function).Automatic measured water filling and ProTemp real time temperature control, food and jacket temperature separately controlled. Delta T cooking temperature of jacket rises accordingly when food temperature rises.

Condition of Equipment:
Used tradshow unit returned in good condition with only some cosmetic scratches across the unit. It has been cleaned, checked and tested.
