At the core of this hood is a 3-stage filtration system that tackles grease, airborne particles and odours in sequence, making it suitable for a range of countertop electric and gas cooking equipment. It is generally suitable for countertop electric equipment up to 8.0kW and gas equipment up to 29MJ, including electric fryers where AS1668.2 does not stipulate exhaust, subject to prior consultation with your local council.
