When the best is not enough, Amalfi is the solution. Handmade using the finest components, each Amalfi is treated as a unique oven. The entire chamber is completely made of Refractory Brick with the heating elements inside each floor and ceiling stone, allowing an incomparable temperature retention and a quality of baking very much appreciated all over the world.
