The Friginox MX1LSTS7-C is a roll-in blast chiller built to accept a single 1/1 GN trolley and process loads of up to 80kg per cycle, making it well suited to restaurants, hotels, commissary kitchens, healthcare facilities, and bakeries. The cabinet is available in both single-access and pass-through configurations, with multiple door-opening orientations to suit different kitchen layouts, and it runs off a remote condensing unit to keep the working area quieter and cooler.
Cooling performance is governed by Friginox's i-Chilling self-adaptive intelligent chilling technology, which continuously adjusts the temperature of the cooling air to match the specific product being processed — a capability that Friginox describes as unique among blast chiller manufacturers. Operators interact with the unit through a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen featuring large keys, gaining access to 40 programmable cycles, a favourites shortcut to the nine most recently used programs, and an expanding suite of specialised functions that includes ice cream hardening, ventilation drying, raw fish sanitisation, closed-door thawing, defrosting, and customisable multi-phase timer sequences. The cabinet is constructed with 80mm injected polyurethane foam insulation and is supplied with a 20mm insulated stainless steel floor and ramp.
