The Friginox MX1STS7-CF is a single-trolley roll-in blast chilling and blast freezing unit built for professional foodservice environments, including restaurants, hotels, bakeries, hospitals, catering facilities, and centralised production kitchens. It accommodates one 1/1 GN trolley with an 80 kg blast chilling load capacity, pairs compact external dimensions with a generous internal cavity, and is designed to operate with a separately purchased remote condensing unit, keeping both noise and heat away from the working kitchen. The unit is available in left-hand or right-hand door opening configurations to suit different kitchen layouts and requires assembly before first use.
