The Friginox MX29-STS7-C is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller designed to accept two 1/1 GN trolleys and deliver a chilling capacity of up to 160 kg, making it well suited to production kitchens, hospitals, hotels, bakeries, and large-scale catering operations. The unit is available in either single-access or passthrough configurations with a choice of door opening arrangements, and requires connection to a remote condensing unit (not included) to suit flexible installation across demanding commercial environments.
Operation is managed through a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen featuring large keys for intuitive use. The chiller (C) model offers four core operating modes — Soft Chill, Hard Chill, Self Adaptive Intelligent Chilling, and either Probe or Timer control — alongside specialist auxiliary functions covering ice cream hardening, ventilation drying, and raw fish sanitisation. Up to 40 programmable cycles can be stored, with a favourites shortcut giving rapid access to the nine most recently used programs. The unit ships with a 3-point core temperature probe, a 20 mm insulated stainless steel floor panel and loading ramp, expansion valve, solenoid valve, drip tray, and all required pipework, providing a complete HACCP-compliant food safety solution.
