The Friginox MX2STS7-C is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller built for the rigorous demands of high-volume commercial kitchens, production facilities, hotels, hospitals, bakeries, and large-scale catering operations. Accommodating 2 x 1/1 GN trolleys with a 160 kg load capacity, it delivers rapid and consistent chilling performance powered by Friginox's i-Chilling Self-Adaptive Intelligent Chilling technology, which automatically calibrates cooling air temperature to match the specific product being chilled, protecting texture, moisture, flavour, and shelf life. The unit runs as a remote condensing version, meaning the condensing unit is sold separately and is not supplied with the cabinet.

Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel inside and out, with 80 mm injected polyurethane foam insulation, the MX2STS7-C is engineered for long-term durability and energy-efficient operation. It is available with either a left-hand or right-hand door opening to suit a range of kitchen layouts, and comes supplied with a 20 mm insulated stainless steel floor and ramp. Please note this is a made-to-order item carrying a 17 to 18 week lead time, and assembly is required upon delivery.
