Friginox MX3STS7-CF 3 Trolley Roll-In Blast Chiller / Freezer
The Friginox MX3STS7-CF is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller and freezer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, production facilities, hotels, hospitals, bakeries, and airline catering operations. It accommodates 3 x 1/1 GN trolleys with a 240kg blast chilling capacity and 110kg blast freezing capacity, and is available in single-access or pass-through door configurations to suit a variety of kitchen layouts. The unit is supplied as a remote condensing unit version, with the condensing unit sold separately.
Built from 304 stainless steel inside and out with 80mm injected polyurethane insulation, the MX3STS7-CF combines long-term durability with energy-efficient operation. A 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen provides intuitive access to a comprehensive range of chilling and freezing modes, 40 programmable cycles, and specialist functions including ice cream hardening, raw fish sanitisation, and ventilation drying. USB HACCP recording, a 3-point core temperature probe, and automatic hold mode make it straightforward to meet food safety compliance requirements in demanding production environments.
