At the heart of the unit is a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen with large keys, offering intuitive access to a comprehensive suite of chilling and freezing functions including Soft Chill, Hard Chill, Soft Freeze, Hard Freeze, Self Adaptive Intelligent Chilling, and both probe and timer-controlled modes. Built with 304 stainless steel construction, 60 mm injected polyurethane foam insulation, an eco-friendly R455A refrigerant, and a double airflow evaporator, the MX45AT7R is engineered for energy-efficient, long-term performance in demanding foodservice environments.
