The Friginox MX4STS7-C is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, central production facilities, hospitals, hotels, bakeries, and airline catering operations. Accepting four 1/1 GN trolleys and rated to a 320kg load, it is offered in either single-access or pass-through format, providing flexible integration across a wide variety of kitchen layouts and workflows. The unit runs from a remote condensing unit (sold separately), which keeps the working environment quieter and reduces unwanted ambient heat in the kitchen.

Core to the MX4STS7-C is Friginox's Self-Adaptive Intelligent Chilling technology, which continuously modulates cooling air temperature to match the specific product being processed, delivering superior preservation of texture, moisture, flavour, and shelf life compared with fixed-temperature approaches. Control is via a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen featuring large keys, giving operators straightforward access to multiple chilling modes, 40 programmable cycles, and specialist functions including hardening for ice cream, ventilation-based drying, and a raw fish sanitisation program. The cabinet is constructed throughout from 304 stainless steel, with 80mm injected polyurethane insulation, ensuring long-term durability, energy efficiency, and full HACCP compliance.
