The Friginox MX75AT7R is a reach-in blast chiller and freezer engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens that require precise, rapid temperature reduction. It delivers a chilling capacity of 75 kg and a freezing capacity of 35 kg, accommodating 15 x 1/1 GN trays at 70 mm spacing, and arrives ready for immediate deployment with 15 pairs of removable shelf runners included. A 7-inch ergonomic touch screen with large keys provides intuitive control, supported by 40 programmable cycles, a favourites shortcut to the nine most recently used programs, auxiliary operating modes and a dedicated pre-chilling cycle key.

Insulation consists of 60 mm injected polyurethane foam that is entirely free of CFC, HCFC and HFC compounds, and the unit runs on eco-friendly R455A refrigerant, supporting responsible refrigerant management and HACCP compliance. The cabinet measures 770 mm wide by 790 mm deep by 1925 mm high and weighs 380 kg. Its feature set spans Self Adaptive Intelligent Chilling, a 3-point core temperature probe, automatic hold mode and an automatic fan stop triggered whenever the door is opened, making it equally suited to batch cooking workflows and multi-product service environments.
