The Rieber NORM-II-2 is a stainless steel mobile food transport trolley purpose-built for professional food service operations across hospitals, aged care facilities, canteens, cafeterias and buffet environments. The unit integrates a sunken bain marie top with two independently controlled heated cabinets in an overall footprint of 680mm wide x 905mm deep x 947mm high, making it easy to move between kitchen and service areas while keeping hot food at safe holding temperatures throughout.
Engineered to meet stringent HACCP hygiene requirements, the NORM-II-2 gives operators precise, independent temperature management for different food types simultaneously. Each heated cabinet features insulated double-walled construction, self-closing doors and a dedicated heating element with individual thermostat control adjustable from +30°C to +90°C, ensuring food quality and safety are maintained from preparation through to service.
