The Rieber NORM-III-1-1K is a stainless steel mobile food transport trolley designed to keep meals at precise serving temperatures during distribution in hospitals, aged care facilities, canteens, and institutional catering operations. Combining a sunken bain marie top, one heated cabinet, and one refrigerated cabinet in a single manoeuvrable unit, it supports HACCP-compliant food service by maintaining hot food hot and cold food cold from kitchen to point of service.
Built around a full 1/1 GN format with capacity for up to 8 x 1/1 GN 200mm deep pans in the refrigerated cabinet, the trolley features insulated double-walled construction, self-closing cabinet doors, and individual thermostat control for the heated compartment across a wide range of +30°C to +90°C. Corner bumpers and a four-castor base with brakes make it practical and safe to operate across busy service environments.
