The Scotsman NU 150 AS OX is a self-contained dice ice maker producing up to 68 kg of crystal-clear, solid dice ice per 24 hours, with a built-in 20 kg storage bin for continuous supply. Designed for bars, cafés, restaurants, and hotels, its compact 600 x 610 x 770 mm footprint with front-to-front airflow allows installation in tight under-counter spaces, making it equally suited to back-of-house and front-of-house environments.

At the heart of this machine is the XSafe Natural Sanitation System, which uses high-power ultraviolet (UV) light to generate a reactive oxygen mixture that continuously eliminates bacteria, mould, yeast, and viruses around the clock, producing clean, odourless ice without manual intervention.
