Single chamber modular electric deck oven with each chamber separate and easily stackable.
Internal Dimensions: W 1136mm x D 738mm x H 140mm. Simple scroller knob control panel with easy and intuitive electronic controls. 450C maximum working temperature with 2x auto start functions available per day with 3x upper and 3x lower heat control zones. Integrated hood on each chamber to expel fumes and steam and extra thick refractory stone baking surface.

Condition of Equipment:
Unit was used in a recent trade show. There are a few surface scratches across the unit, mainly on the top of the unit. It had been cleaned, checked and tested.
