Powered by a heavy-duty 3-coil Incoloy 825 heating element rated at 10.5kW on 3-phase power, the unit holds 40 litres and delivers fast heat recovery to keep service moving without interruption.

Constructed with a 316-grade stainless steel open pan for superior corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, the PCB8140E features an integrated water fill and starch-skimming faucet, an incorporated basket drain stand, and a comprehensive suite of safety controls including a fail-safe over-temperature cut-out and an element tilt switch. The unit ships ready for service with six stainless steel pasta baskets fitted with moulded handle grips, making it a complete, modular solution from day one.
