Overview
Produce refreshing ice almost anywhere with the stylish and reliable Polar C-Series countertop ice machine. Incredibly easy to use and with little training required, simply fill the internal water reservoir, and select the size of cube required. The Polar gets to work fast, producing ice every 6-12 minutes (depending on ice size). As there's no mains water or drain connection required, making the Polar countertop ice maker highly portable and perfect for mobile catering or as a backup ice machine.
This compact design not only helps to produce small amounts of ice quickly, making the machine perfect for adding extra capacity, but also means the unit can easily be packed away when not in use, all without taking up too much space. Once service is over the ice machine is simple to drain down and clean, with many parts easily removed for maximum hygiene.

All Ice machines MUST be maintained to ensure high performance.
The cartridge on the water filter system needs to be replaced every 6 months and the unit must be de-scaled to clean the refrigeration evaporator plate.
This maintains the quality of the ice shape and thickness.
This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
If your ice machine is not maintained, your warranty may be void.
6 Monthly Maintenance Program

Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using approved descaler.

Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.

Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).

Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.

Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.

Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.

Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling – adjust if necessary.

Test compressor amperage and general performance.

Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.

Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).

Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

Replace inline water filter cartridge.
