With a footprint of less than approximately 1 m², it replaces numerous conventional appliances while accommodating up to six 2/1 GN trays — or the equivalent of twelve 1/1 GN trays — making it a highly space-efficient solution for busy commercial kitchens.
Designed for precision and repeatability, the iCombi Classic features ClimaPlus humidity sensors, manual dial controls with push-button functionality, and an automatic cleaning system that self-identifies the required cleaning level. Individual programming supports up to 100 recipes with multi-step cooking processes of up to 12 steps each, ensuring consistent results across a wide range of menu items with minimal operator effort.
