The Rational iCombi Pro ICP101 is a full-size, 10 x 1/1 GN electric combination oven engineered for high-output commercial kitchens producing between 80 and 150 meals per day. Fully gastronorm compatible and operating across convection, steam and combination modes with a temperature range of 30 to 300°C, it handles meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and baked goods within a footprint of less than one square metre. Built in Germany from stainless steel and driven by the iCookingControl touch interface, it delivers precise, repeatable results shift after shift.
Compared to its predecessor, the iCombi Pro accommodates up to 50% larger loads while consuming approximately 10% less energy and using 10% less water, making it one of the most resource-efficient combi ovens available. The unit ships with a water filter, high-temperature PVC drainage kit, flexible water connection hose and user manuals, and every installation includes technical commissioning by a Rational Service Partner, on-site end-user training and a two-year warranty. Purchasers also receive complimentary access to the Rational ServicePlus programme, which includes ChefLine culinary support available 8am to 8pm seven days a week, ConnectedCooking remote network access, HACCP documentation, over 1,000 recipes and a one-day Academy Rational training seminar.
