The Rational iCombi Pro 10-1/1 GN is a professional natural gas combi oven engineered to deliver between 80 and 150 meals per day within a floor footprint of less than 1 square metre. Fully gastronorm compatible, the unit accepts up to 10 x 1/1 GN trays or 20 x 1/2 GN trays, making it well suited to high-output restaurants, catering operations and institutional food services that require consistent, repeatable results across a wide range of cooking styles.

Relative to its predecessor, the iCombi Pro manages loads up to 50% larger while drawing 10% less energy, delivering outstanding productivity without any compromise to food quality.
