The Rational iCombi Pro 20-1/1GN is a full-size natural gas combination oven capable of producing 150 to 300 meals per service, all within a footprint of less than one square metre. It operates across convection, steam and combination modes, making it equally suited to roasting meats, steaming vegetables, baking, and cooking fish and poultry with consistent, repeatable results.
Compared to its predecessor, the iCombi Pro accepts up to 50% larger loads, consumes 10% less energy and saves a further 10% in energy during operation, delivering genuine productivity gains without compromising food quality. A suite of intelligent systems manages climate, production scheduling, cleaning and remote connectivity, reducing manual intervention and streamlining the entire cooking process.
