The Rational iCombi Pro ICP202 is a full-size, high-capacity electric combi oven built for large-scale commercial kitchens including nursing homes, catering operations, restaurants and institutional food services. Capable of accommodating 20 x 2/1 GN trays or 40 x 1/1 GN trays, it produces between 300 and 500 meals per day while occupying less than 1 m² of floor space. The unit covers a temperature range of 30 to 300°C and consolidates baking, roasting, frying, grilling, steaming and poaching into a single appliance, delivering consistent, repeatable results across meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and baked goods.
Compared to its predecessor, the iCombi Pro achieves up to 50% greater load capacity, cooks 10% faster and consumes 10% less energy, making it a highly productive and cost-effective solution for high-output kitchens. Each unit is supplied with a mobile oven rack with 65 mm insertion distance and tandem rollers, an intelligent 6-point core temperature probe, a PVC high-temperature drainage kit, a flexible water connection hose, a water filtration unit and user manuals.
