The cooktop features three 3.6kW griddle elements across a 12mm thick mild steel griddle plate, with each 300mm griddle section independently controlled by a 50–320°C thermostat, giving chefs precise zone-by-zone temperature management from simmer through to sear.

Constructed with welded 1.5mm 304 stainless steel on the hob bull nose, 1.2mm 304 stainless steel splashback and side panels, and aluminised steel internal components, this unit is engineered for durability and consistent performance. The cabinet base features a double-skin 0.9mm 304 stainless steel interior and exterior with 63mm diameter heavy-duty adjustable legs and two additional rollers for easy repositioning, while front-access servicing and hinge-up element and griddle sections keep downtime to a minimum.
