The Waldorf RN8616EC is a 900mm wide commercial electric range from the 800 Series, uniting a two-burner open radiant cooktop, a 600mm griddle plate and a GN 2/1 electric convection oven within a single modular unit. Designed for high-volume foodservice environments including restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering facilities and professional hospitality kitchens, it supports a full range of cooking techniques spanning boiling, sautéing, grilling and fan-forced baking or roasting.
The RN8616EC is built on a galvanised steel chassis with heavy-duty 304 stainless steel exterior panels throughout, engineered for long-term durability and straightforward daily cleaning.
