The Waldorf RN8816GEC is a heavy-duty 1200mm modular cooking suite from the renowned 800 Series, combining a four-burner gas cooktop with a 600mm griddle section over a 2/1 GN electric convection oven. Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, it delivers versatile cooking capability across a single, compact footprint, making it an ideal centrepiece for professional kitchen lines in restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering operations.

Built to withstand the demands of continuous service, the RN8816GEC features robust stainless steel construction throughout, vitreous enamel-lined oven cavity, and heavy-duty cast iron burner components. The electric convection oven provides fan-forced, even heat distribution for consistent baking, roasting and batch cooking, while the gas cooktop and griddle offer instant, responsive heat for all stovetop tasks. Available in both natural gas and LPG configurations to suit different site requirements.
