Each cooktop zone features a 2.6kW cast iron hot plate element with thermal protection and a six-position heat switch, giving chefs precise, repeatable control across all burners simultaneously. The static oven delivers consistent, even heat via a 4.5kW bottom element and a 2.0kW top element, with thermostatic control spanning 50 to 320 degrees Celsius to suit a broad range of baking, roasting and holding applications.
