The unit features a 600mm griddle plate positioned on the right-hand side as standard, powered by two 20MJ/hr griddle burners, while the four open burners each produce 28MJ/hr for rapid, responsive heat. Removable cast iron burners, vitreous enamel pot stands with extended finger supports, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs all contribute to reliable operation under continuous heavy use. The default colour is black, with additional colour options available to suit kitchen fit-out requirements.
