The Waldorf RNL8400SE-CB belongs to the 800 Series and presents a 600mm sealed-hob electric cooktop in a low-back configuration, mounted on an enclosed cabinet base fitted with a door. Four independently operated cooking zones are each driven by a 2.6kW cast iron element protected against overheating, and each zone is governed by a four-position heat switch that gives kitchen staff accurate, repeatable temperature control through the most demanding service periods.

Built for the rigours of a busy commercial kitchen, the unit features heavy-duty stainless steel construction throughout, with 0.9mm 304 stainless steel front panels and a 1.2mm stainless steel low-height splashback. The one-piece worktop incorporates formed hob wells to contain spills at the source, while adjustable feet and two additional rollers simplify repositioning and end-of-service cleaning. A 22A electrical supply is required, and a racking kit is not included.
