This low back configuration suits kitchen layouts where a full-height splashback is not required, while the leg stand elevates the unit to a practical working height for busy service environments.

Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, the unit delivers a total of four heating elements across its cooking surface: two 2.4kW radiant elements for general cooking and two 3.6kW griddle elements for flat surface cooking. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, and each zone offers six temperature settings including a simmer position, giving operators precise control over a wide range of cooking tasks.
