The Roband DM31R is a professional two-speed milkshake and drink mixer finished in red, manufactured in Sydney at Roband's production facilities and built to handle the demands of busy cafes, fast food outlets, canteens and hospitality venues. Powered by a 150W motor running at 18,000 RPM on low and 22,000 RPM on high, it delivers consistently smooth results whether you're blending standard milkshakes, thick shakes, malts or aerated bar drinks.

Australian made since 1950, the DM31R combines a cast aluminium body with nylon coating, a one-piece motor and shaft for straightforward cleaning, and a patented magnetic actuator that is fully sealed for optimum hygiene. The mixer accepts a standard 710ml (24 fl.oz.) stainless steel cup without tilting to remove, and the cup support enables hands-free operation during mixing. Both a universal stainless steel beater and the patented Saturn beater are included, giving operators the flexibility to produce everything from everyday milkshakes to extra-fluffy thick shakes.
