RoboChef MSS2K Automated Cooking Robot
The RoboChef MSS2K is a commercial automated cooking robot designed to standardise dish preparation across pan-fry, stir-fry, deep-fry, braise and boil modes, delivering consistent results with significantly reduced manual labour. Its 3D electromagnetic induction system heats the 400 x 400mm uncoated high-tech alloy pot to over 300°C in approximately 26 seconds, while multi-sensor temperature control and automatic sauce and ingredient dosing ensure every dish is reproduced to the same standard, service after service.
Suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations and high-volume commercial kitchens, the MSS2K combines a user-friendly touchscreen interface with pre-set recipe programs and fully customisable programming, all supported by a cloud management backend for ongoing updates. The IPX5-rated waterproof body, built-in auto cleaning programs, spray hose gun assembly and castor-mounted frame make daily wash-down and repositioning straightforward, while voice notifications keep kitchen staff informed throughout the cooking cycle.
