The Skope ProSpec PG11.UBR.2.D6 is a six drawer, two bay underbench refrigerator built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens in restaurants, clubs, pubs and cafés. Constructed from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel inside and out, the 288-litre cabinet operates across a climate class 4 (tropical) ambient environment of up to 40°C and holds product safely between 1°C and 4°C as standard. GEMS-certified 5M1 energy performance keeps running costs low at an estimated $230 per year, while R290 natural refrigerant delivers low heat discharge and minimal noise.

Full configurability sets the ProSpec apart: the six GN 1/1 compatible soft-closing drawers can be swapped for solid doors or GN drawer bays to match your service requirements, and the unit ships ready for left-hand services with right-hand services also available. At 850 mm overall height the cabinet fits neatly under a bench on its supplied castors, can be lowered onto a pre-installed plinth, or raised to a 900 mm working height with optional legs. The fully removable refrigeration cartridge, front-breathing design and slim service compartment with cleanable condenser filter all simplify maintenance and support best-practice servicing of flammable refrigerants.
