The Skope ProSpec PG11.UBR.3.SD is a three-bay, three solid door underbench refrigerator designed for the rigours of busy commercial kitchens in restaurants, clubs, pubs and cafés. The 447-litre cabinet is constructed entirely from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel on all interior and exterior surfaces, holds a standard operating temperature of 1°C to 4°C, and is rated for ambient environments reaching up to 40°C, keeping food safe even in the most demanding conditions. The fully removable R290 natural refrigerant cartridge carries a 95 g charge and delivers low energy consumption, reduced heat discharge and quiet operation, with GEMS 5M1 certification confirming its efficiency credentials.

Built around a philosophy of complete configurability, the ProSpec range offers over 484 possible configurations, so each of the three door bays can be replaced with GN drawer banks to match evolving workflow needs. Integrated runs of up to eight usable bays are achievable by pairing cabinets with left-hand or right-hand refrigeration units. At 850 mm overall height, the unit fits beneath an existing bench on the supplied castors, sits on a plinth once the castors are removed, or rises to a 900 mm working height with optional legs. The slim left-hand service compartment, fully front-breathing layout and easily removable condenser filter eliminate the need for any side or rear clearance, and the refrigeration cartridge can be withdrawn safely in line with best practice for servicing flammable refrigerants.
