The Skope ProSpec PG11.UBR.1.D2.RH is a two-drawer, single-bay underbench refrigerator purpose-built for busy commercial kitchens in restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes. Constructed entirely from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel inside and out, the 126-litre cabinet holds GN 1/1 compatible product at 1°C to 4°C in ambient environments up to 40°C, earning a GEMS Class 5M1 energy rating with a consumption of just 1.26 kWh per 24 hours.

Sitting at 850 mm overall height and 700 mm deep, the ProSpec fits neatly under a standard bench on its supplied castors, can be lowered onto a plinth by removing the castors, or raised to a 900 mm working height with optional legs. The unit exhausts entirely through the front face, requiring no clearance at the sides or rear, and its fully removable R290 refrigeration cartridge makes servicing straightforward and safe. The SKOPE-connect smart controller lets operators adjust temperatures, set alerts and monitor energy use from a smartphone, while an optional Hush Mode reduces noise from 61 dB down to 59 dB.
