Spanning 1800mm wide, it holds five full-size 1/1 GN pans (up to 150mm deep) in a blown well top section, with clear sliding doors protecting the pan rail and two hinged cabinet doors below providing 800 litres of refrigerated storage. The unit operates between +1°C and +5°C in ambient conditions up to 38°C and 50% relative humidity, making it well suited to the demands of Australian commercial kitchens.

Built entirely from stainless steel inside and out, the PG180FA-XB combines a cross-flow fan cooling system with a cassette-style refrigeration unit for efficient, even temperature distribution across the pan well and cabinet. A 220mm deep PE chopping board is included at the rear of the work surface, and a removable stainless steel plate beneath the pans catches any food debris for easy clean-up.
